Add and verify
You add each candidate one at a time: CV, degree, experience letters, an anabin check and a video call to confirm who they are.

The candidate confirms
They get an e-mail, check their details and accept Velai's terms — which name you and say you receive a commission.

Velai matches and places
Our account managers review the profile, match it to German employers and run interviews, offer, visa and relocation.
- 04
You're paid after they start
Once the candidate has started work in Germany and the fee is collected, your commission is paid in the weekly Monday run.
What partners do — and must never do
Your verification is what the commission pays for. It also protects the people you refer.
Partners do
- Meet each candidate on a video call and check their identity against their ID.
- See the original degree and check the university on anabin.
- Upload the CV, certificates and experience letters, and explain any gaps.
- Tell the candidate that Velai charges a placement fee after a German job offer, that the terms are given in writing before they pay, and that you receive a commission from it.
Partners never
- Charge a candidate any fee, deposit or favour — for anything related to Velai.
- Apply to jobs on a candidate's behalf.
- Promise a job, a salary or a visa.
- Collect passport scans — those stay off the platform.
False declarations or charging candidates end the partnership, and commission can be withheld or clawed back.
